DSG Methods LLC and DSG Wizard are independent educational and professional training entities and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, NIST, CompTIA, or (ISC)². All training, resources, and sandbox tools are for educational and professional development purposes only. DSG Methods provides technical preparation and framework training; we do not guarantee specific third-party job offers, salary amounts, or hiring decisions.
1. Educational Purpose
All training, curriculum, resources, templates, and sandbox tools provided by DSG Methods LLC and DSG Wizard are intended solely for educational and professional development purposes. Materials are designed to help learners build practical Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) engineering skills and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice for any specific organization, system, or contract.
2. Third-Party Non-Affiliation
DSG Methods LLC and DSG Wizard are independent educational entities and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), CompTIA, or (ISC)². All references to frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171, the Risk Management Framework (RMF), CMMC 2.0, CompTIA Security+, and CISSP are for educational reference only and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
DSG Methods provides technical preparation and framework training. We do not guarantee specific third-party job offers, salary amounts, certifications, or hiring decisions. Individual results depend on each learner's prior experience, effort, market conditions, and the discretion of third-party employers and certifying bodies.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSG Methods LLC and its instructors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our training, resources, or sandbox tools. All content and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, guides, software interfaces, and content provided through DSG Methods and DSG Wizard are the property of DSG Methods LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Learners may use downloaded artifacts for their own professional development and internal organizational use, and may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them without written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the DSG Wizard sandbox, course portals, and community resources lawfully and professionally. Unauthorized scraping, redistribution, abuse, or attempts to disrupt platform integrity may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. CUI / Sensitive Data Prohibition
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, entering, or otherwise transmitting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, proprietary or export-controlled data, sensitive program identifiers, or any non-public government or third-party data into the DSG Wizard sandbox, course portals, templates, or any DSG Methods tool. The DSG Wizard environment is an educational sandbox intended for training and practice with synthetic, non-sensitive data only. Any attempt to introduce real CUI or sensitive data violates these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund. Users are solely responsible for verifying that no controlled or sensitive information enters the environment and for ensuring compliance with applicable handling, storage, and transmission requirements under NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and related frameworks.
8. Lifetime Access Terms
“Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser or DSG Methods. Lifetime access grants ongoing use of the version of the DSG Wizard, sandbox modules, templates, and training materials available at the time of purchase, including any updates DSG Methods chooses to release.
DSG Methods may update, modify, replace, or retire any product, module, or feature at any time. If a product is retired, DSG Methods may provide an archived version, a successor product, or discontinue access entirely at its discretion.
Lifetime access does not obligate DSG Methods to operate the DSG Wizard platform, sandbox environment, or any digital service indefinitely. It does not guarantee future updates, new features, or continued hosting.
Lifetime access applies only to the specific product purchased (e.g., DSG Wizard Sandbox Lab Access). It does not include future programs, new products, mentorship offerings, or paid upgrades unless explicitly stated.
Continued access requires adherence to DSG Methods’ acceptable use policies, including the prohibition on uploading Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), proprietary data, or sensitive program identifiers. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Lifetime access is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
9. Refund Policy
DSG Methods offers digital products, templates, and access to the DSG Wizard sandbox. Due to the immediate, non-revocable nature of digital delivery and sandbox access, all sales are final and refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a verifiable issue with delivery, access, or a duplicate charge, contact grc@dsgmethods.com within 14 days of purchase and DSG Methods will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Approved adjustments are issued at the sole discretion of DSG Methods LLC.
10. Changes to These Terms
DSG Methods LLC may update these Terms & Disclaimers at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
